The opens studios 2018 was one of our most successful weekends to date. We had excellent support from our local community and it was busy all weekend. Thank you to everyone who came along

Last weekend, hundreds of art lovers visited Make Space Studios where artists, designers & artisans opened their doors to the public.

The open studios is an opportunity for artists & designers to connect, for art appreciators to meet and buy direct from creators, and for children and families to take part in fun activities.

Thanks to all who came and made it such a great weekend. We look forward to seeing you again next year!

We opened our doors again in December for Christmas open studios, decorating the studios and our artists and designers working hard to make gift giving a pleasure for all. It was the perfect chance to buy inspirational gifts, meet our artists and designers and enjoy admiring their creativity!

The mulled wine was flowing and our ever popular pop-up cafe was serving mince pies up a treat. We were also lucky enough to have a very festive, flute solo performance by Nicholas Sabinsky. It was a true celebration of our inspirational creative community.

Visit Make Space Studios where over 50 artists will open their creative spaces for you to explore.

This vibrant weekend will have life-drawing demonstrations, short films from the London Alternative Film Festival, ceramic transfers workshop, live music, art raffle, vintage pop up shop, kids treasure hunt, home baked treats and much more. Creation Box London will be performing ‘The Reason I Fly’ at 13:30  and 16:30 on both days.

Entry is free and all ages are welcome.

Taster Workshop- Performing in masks with actors from Chris Vervain Theatre co. 2.00-2.45, Saturday. Come and see what it’s like to become someone completely different! This fun workshop is free and open to everyone from five years old- 90+.

Make Space Map Art Raffle

Visit the six studios marked on the map to enter into our art raffle. Pick up your flyer at the entrance and get your stamp from each six artists in their studios, fill in your details and drop it off in our competition box for your chance to win.

The sound of acoustic music and smell of mulled wine and warm mince pies filled the air at our winter Open Studios in November. Visitors made the most of an opportunity to buy unique christmas gifts and meet the artists at Make Space.

Summer Studios in 2014 went off with a bang. Live music and gorilla gardening kept everyone busy and entertained.
